Auto Accident Claims (PIP)
We directly bill Auto Insurance policies using Personal Injury Protection (PIP) for patients with accepted auto insurance claims. If you have been in a motor vehicle accident, please provide your claim number, adjuster information, and coverage details prior to your appointment so we can verify your benefits.
Self-Pay & Other Health Insurances
For all non-auto insurance coverage, payment is due in full at the time of service. While we do not bill medical insurance providers directly for these services, we make it easy for you to seek reimbursement:
- Superbill Provided: Upon request, we will supply you with an itemized Superbill along with all required clinical documentation.
- Direct Submission: You may submit this documentation directly to your health insurance provider to request reimbursement for covered chiropractic care under your specific plan.
Medicare Notice
Please Note: We are not an enrolled Medicare provider. Services provided at our clinic cannot be billed to or reimbursed by Medicare.
